Porsche is set to turn heads at Auto Expo 2025 with an impressive lineup that includes both electric and internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles. Some of these models are already part of Porsche's India range, while others will make their debut at the event. Notably, Porsche will stand out as the only sportscar manufacturer at the expo. Here’s a look at what to expect from the German automaker.
Porsche Macan EV
The all-electric Porsche Macan EV will be showcased in India for the first time. Priced between ₹1.22 crore and ₹1.69 crore (ex-showroom), it takes design cues from the Taycan, moving away from the familiar styling of the original Macan. Inside, the Macan EV features a sleek, modern cabin with a three-screen dashboard setup inspired by the Cayenne.
The Macan EV is available in three variants:
- Base Macan RWD: A single rear electric motor producing 360hp.
- Macan 4: A dual-motor setup delivering 408hp.
- Turbo Variant: The top-spec version with 639hp and 1,130Nm of torque.
All variants come with a 100kWh battery, offering a WLTP-certified range of up to 641km.
Porsche Taycan Facelift
The updated Taycan will also be on display, though most of the changes are under the hood. The facelifted models feature lighter electric motors, a revised battery with updated cell chemistry, and improved internals for enhanced performance.
- Power Range: From 517hp in the 4S to 707hp in the Turbo variant.
- Maximum Range: Up to 678km on the WLTP cycle.
The upgrades ensure that the Taycan continues to set benchmarks for electric luxury sedans.
Porsche 911 GTS
On the ICE front, Porsche will present the 911 GTS (992.2 generation) with its new T-hybrid powertrain. This system pairs a 3.6-litre turbocharged six-cylinder engine with a gearbox-mounted electric motor and a compact 1.9kWh liquid-cooled lithium-ion battery.
- Performance: A combined 541hp and 610Nm of torque.
- Features: Active aero flaps on the front bumper, a redesigned spoiler, and a reworked diffuser enhance aerodynamics.
- Interior Updates: While the cabin gets subtle changes, the analogue tachometer has been replaced with a digital driver’s display.

- 911 GT3 RS: A track-focused beast renowned for breaking lap records at the BIC and CoASTT racetracks.
