Hero MotoCorp has launched a new website to retail its genuine spare parts and accessories. The website (www.hgpmart.com) will allow Hero customers to directly purchase these spares online from the comfort of their homes.

The website has a well-sorted category section to help users find the part they are looking for. One can also search for parts after selecting the bike model. Hero has clearly put effort into this initiative and this is clearly visible from the number of bikes on the website – spares for old, discontinued models like the CD100SS, Achiever and Impulse are also available on the site. Other ways to search for spares are either by typing the part name or number.

Hero will be using a hub and spoke distribution model to ensure swift deliveries to customers and will serve them through its network of close to 100 spare parts distributors across the country. The company has partnered with Delhivery, a pan-India e-commerce logistics service provider, to deliver parts and accessories to customers across the country.
