TVS Racing announces 2018 TVS Women's One Make Championship

TVS racing has announced qualifiers to be held across 2 rounds to bag a seat at the championship

TVS has announced the training and selection for the 2018 TVS Women’s One Make championship. The qualifiers will be held across two rounds in Bengaluru and Mumbai, respectively, later this month. The Bengaluru round will be held at Meco Kartopia on March 17, while the Mumbai round will be held at a makeshift track to be set-up in the parking lot of Carnival Cinemas, Wadala on March 25.

Entries for the training and selection will be free of cost and the only required document will be a riding license. However, riders are required to carry their own DOT and ECE-certified full-face helmets with double-D ring belt buckles. TVS will provide limited racing suits and gear on first come basis. There is no age limit.

Harry Sylvester, K Jagan Kumar, K Y Ahmed, S Kannan and Aishwarya Pissay will comprise of the trainers there to help the participants out. Results will be announced immediately and the 10 fastest riders from each city will then face off at a final selection round which will be held at a later date at the Madras Motor Race Track, in Chennai.

The Machine to be used for the One Make Championship would be TVS RTR 2004V

The 2018 National Motorcycle Racing season commences in June and is scheduled to feature five rounds of racing.
