The second round of the MRF MMSC FMSCI Indian National Car Racing Championship, held at the Madras International Circuit, showcased impressive racing talent, with Jaden Pariat, Abhay Mohan, and BirenPithawalla stealing the spotlight.


MRF Formula 2000 Highlights

Seventeen-year-old Jaden Pariat had an exceptional weekend in the MRF Formula 2000 category, sweeping all three races. After starting the season with two victories in Round 1, Pariat continued his winning streak into Round 2, showcasing his racing prowess.

Race Results

In Race 1, Pariat finished first, followed by ChetanSurineni and TarunMuthiaiah. He repeated his success in Races 2 and 3, maintaining a clear lead over his competitors.

MRF Formula 1600 Success

In the MRF Formula 1600 class, fifteen-year-old Abhay Mohan also shone brilliantly, winning all three races. Mohan's tactical racing demonstrated his ability and tenacity, particularly in Race 2, when he rose from ninth to first.

Mohan consistently outperformed his rivals, securing first place in each race and demonstrating his dominance in the Formula 1600 category.

Indian Touring Cars and Junior Touring Cars

In the Indian Touring Cars category, Team N1 Racing's BirenPithawalla secured his fourth consecutive win, showcasing his expertise and competitive edge in both races.

The Indian Junior Touring Cars category saw SrinivasTeja claiming victory in two races, with Yokeshwaran securing third place in both, highlighting their consistency and competitive spirit.

Super Stock and Formula LGB 1300

In the Super Stock class, there was drama when AngadMatharoo won Race 2 after being disqualified in Race 1 on a technicality. A thrilling contest was created by ViswasVijayaraj and his colleague Balaprasath's triumphs in the Formula LGB 1300.

Overall, Round 2 of the Championship was filled with thrilling races and outstanding performances, setting the stage for an exciting season ahead in the world of Indian national car racing.
