After he gets back to the MotoGP enclosure during the Austrian GP as an onlooker, the six-time MotoGP world champion has been given the go-ahead to escalate his training for his comeback. It follows his most recent recuperation evaluation completed by doctors collaborating with the Mayo Clinic in the US where he had his operation.

Dr. Sanchez Sotelo said in a proclamation delivered by Honda "Marc recovered well with the extraordinary arc of movement. Today, he went through radiographs and a CT scan that show good bone condition. "

Marquez went through his fourth significant operation on the right arm he seriously broke in 2020, in a bid to recover and mobility having ridden with distress and a debilitated arm on his past rebounds across 2021 and toward the beginning of 2022.

While no authoritative course of events has been given to Marquez's rebound, both he and Honda guarantee he's good for the end of the season, so he can get back to action when its focus changes to the 2023 MotoGP bike.

The furthest down-the-line update didn't put a timeline on his return, yet on his appearance, during the Austrian GP, he wanted to be back when "70%, 80%" fit.

"I'm aware how significant this recovery is, and if there is a need to wait for another week I will pause," at the Red Bull Ring, Marquez said.
