The Haas Formula One team has revealed digital renderings of the new VF-23 livery that will be used this year.

Haas is the first team to reveal its 2023 colour design, with Red Bull Racing following suit on February 3 during an event in New York.

The white, red, and black colour scheme is reminiscent of the emblems of new Haas title sponsor MoneyGram, whose relationship was confirmed at last year's US GP.

The new livery is similar to last year's, but with a significantly larger area of black on the side pods, engine cover, and rear wing.

The new vehicle will be shaken down at Silverstone on February 11 before beginning formal testing in Bahrain on February 23.

The team has yet to confirm if Kevin Magnussen or newcomer Nico Hulkenberg will finish the test.

Hulkenberg, who returns to the team after a three-year absence, got his first opportunity to drive for the team at the Abu Dhabi test in November.

"I undoubtedly share everyone's excitement over the livery reveal," team principal Gunther Steiner stated. We are closer to what we want to do. At the same time, there is an excitement to showcase new livery.  We are preparing for the season ahead and getting VF-23 on track.

“In Kevin and Nico, are the two proven point-scoring talents behind the wheel. I'm excited to get started."

This season, team owner Gene Haas stated unequivocally that the goal is to finish in the points more frequently. Haas revealed, “I was delighted to unveil our first livery as the MoneyGram Haas F1 team”.

"I believe we've got an experienced driver duo more than capable of delivering those points on a Sunday with Kevin Magnussen and Nico Hulkenberg."
