Hyundai Motor India just launched the 2023 Grand i10 NIOS facelift in the Indian market for Rs. 5.69 lakh ex-showroom. Since its introduction in 2007, the hatchback has seen significant aesthetic alterations and a slew of new amenities.
Design:
The Grand i10 Nios facelift includes a reworked front grille with angular side inserts, arrow-shaped LED DRLs, and faux air dams, giving the hatchback a sportier appearance. The Grandi10 Nios 2023 includes redesigned alloy wheels, an integrated light bar with improved LED taillights, and a re-profiled rear.
Interior:
In terms of interior characteristics, the Hyundai Grand i10 NIOS facelift includes a semi-digital instrument cluster and classic analogue dials with a MID in the center. Furthermore, the new hatchback gets new upholstery and three interior color options: black with red inserts, black with green inserts, and black/grey.
Safety Features:
Compared to the previous generation, the Hyundai Grandi10 Nios facelift now includes:
- Six airbags (four of which are standard).
- A Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS).
- Hill-Hold Control.
- Electric Stability Control.
The new hatchback also includes cruise control for the driver's convenience.
Engine:
Hyundai equips the new Grand i10 Nios with the same 1.2-liter NA petrol engine that produced 83 PS in the previous generation. A 5-speed manual transmission or a 5-speed AMT unit is available. The new Grand i10 Nios also has a CNG engine that produces 69 PS and is mated with a 5-speed manual transmission.
Price of Grand i10 NIOS:
The Hyundai Grand i10 Nios pricing ranges from 5.69 Lakh to 8.47 Lakh (Avg. ex-showroom). The Grand i10 Nios is available in ten different configurations. The top variant of the Grand i10 Nios costs 8.47 lakh in petrol. The base variant of the Grand i10 Nios costs 7.56 Lakh in CNG. The price of the Grand i10 Nios automated version starts at 7.23 Lakh.
