The F4 Indian Championship marked its debut this year, featuring the FIA-homologated Gen 2 Mygale F4 car, also seen in the French F4 championship, under the guidance of MP Motorsport. The competition attracted a diverse field of both national and international talents, with Super License points on offer, a crucial requirement for aspiring racers aiming to qualify for Formula 1.

The inaugural season of the Formula 4 (F4) Indian Championship underwent changes in its calendar, leading to all four rounds taking place at the Madras International Circuit due to cancellations in Hyderabad and Chennai Street races.

Cooper faced initial challenges with tire issues during the season but maintained a strong lead, heading into the finale with a 44.5-point advantage over Akshay Bohra. Securing pole positions in both qualifying sessions, he set the stage for success. Winning Races 1 and 3 from the pole, Cooper accumulated enough points to claim the championship with a substantial 62.5-point lead over Rishon Rajeev.

In the second race, Rajeev secured victory, crossing the finish line ahead of Alex Sawer and Cooper Webster. Rishab Jain faced a 30-second post-race penalty for overtaking under yellow flags. The season's final race saw Shahan Ali Mohsin taking the win, with Sawer and Rajeev following.

Reflecting on the challenges faced earlier in the season, Cooper shared, "We had some issues with tires in the initial rounds, but I stayed focused, worked hard, and found good speed towards the end. Winning my first championship in race cars is exciting, especially with MP Motorsport. They are an amazing team. I've enjoyed my time in India and look forward to next year when I'll be part of Euro Cup 3.
